Services

LocalCred provides website design, development, and hosting services for local businesses. The scope of each project is defined by the package selected at checkout and the details provided in your onboarding intake form.

Payment

Website build fees are one-time charges processed at checkout. Hosting fees are recurring monthly subscriptions. All payments are processed through Stripe. Prices are listed on our website and are subject to change for new orders.

Revisions

Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified on the packages page. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds will be scoped and quoted separately.

Hosting Cancellation

You may cancel your hosting subscription at any time through your customer portal. Upon cancellation, your site will remain live until the end of the current billing period. Your website code and content remain your property.

Ownership

You retain full ownership of your website code, content, and domain name. We retain no proprietary rights to your project after delivery.

Limitation of Liability

LocalCred is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
